What size do wedding magnets typically come in?
The most popular size is 4×6 inches — large enough to display your photo beautifully and easy to read from across the fridge. We also offer 3.5×5 and wallet-sized 2×3.5 options if you prefer something more compact or budget-friendly.
When should I send out save the date magnets?
We recommend mailing them 6–12 months before your wedding date. For destination weddings or weddings around major holidays, aim for the 10–12 month mark to give guests extra time to make travel arrangements.
What information should be included on the magnet?
At minimum, include both of your names, the wedding date, and the city/state of your venue. You can also add your wedding website URL so guests can find more details. You do not need to include the full venue address — that goes on the formal invitation.
What photo works best on a magnet?
Choose a high-resolution photo — at least 300 DPI — with good lighting and a clean background. Engagement photos work great. Avoid images where the couple's faces are small or where there's a lot of busy background detail, as this can make text harder to read.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production is typically 5–7 business days, with shipping adding 3–5 business days on top. Rush options are available for most orders. We recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before you need them in hand.
Can I order a sample before my full order?
Yes! We strongly recommend ordering a sample proof so you can check the colors, photo quality, and magnet thickness before committing to a larger quantity. Sample orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 25 magnets. Most couples order 10–15% more than their guest count to cover addressing mistakes, late additions, and a few keepsakes for yourselves and immediate family.
