What's the minimum order quantity?
For standard orders, the minimum is 6 magnets. For business bulk pricing, tiers start at 25 units. Contact for custom quotes on orders of 50+.
Can I have different photos on each magnet?
Yes, magnet with different photos in sets of 25 can have different photos. Contact us to set up.
Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
Standard size is 2.5" × 2.5". We hope to add more sizes in the future, stay tune.
What do I need to provide for design?
High-res JPEG or PNG photos (1000px+ per side), logo if applicable, and contact information. Ideally, a square 1:1 ratio. A pre-made design layout is handled for you if you do not have a logo for free for business order.
How long does production take?
3–5 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping. Rush options available.
